I’m Tayelar, the chaos coordinator behind Hayes Designs LLC. I’m so glad you’re here! What started as a fun little hobby making wood signs with my Cricut slowly turned into a true passion project that has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. Over the years, Hayes Designs has become such a blessing for our family while also giving us opportunities to give back to our community — and honestly, none of it would be possible without customers as amazing as YOU.

A little about me outside of here: I work a traditional M-F job while also juggling mom + stepmom life after hours. Our house is completely overtaken by boys, sports schedules, snacks, dinosaurs, Hot Wheels, noise, and probably at least one missing shoe at all times. So if you hear a little chaos behind the scenes, just know it’s part of the brand at this point. Most of this little business happens squeezed in between work schedules, ballgames, school activities, bedtime routines, and late-night pressing sessions — but honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. This business has become such a meaningful part of our lives, and every single order truly means more than you know. Whether you’re shopping for spirit wear, trendy graphics, holiday tees, fundraiser apparel, or one-of-a-kind customs, I absolutely love creating pieces that help celebrate life’s moments — both the big ones and the everyday ones.

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed directly through the website. Simply browse collections, select your item details, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. In the event a color selection is out of stock, you will be contacted for an alternative color choice.

What is your turnaround time (TAT)?

Current turnaround time is 18 business days from your order date unless otherwise stated. Please note all items are handmade and made to order.

Do you keep items in stock?

Most items are made to order. Items marked RTS (Ready to Ship/Ready for Pickup) are already completed and available for faster turnaround.

What shirt brands do you offer?

Brands may vary by design and collection but commonly include Rabbit Skins, Gildan, Jerzees, Bella Canvas, and Comfort Colors.

Do you offer customization or personalized designs?

Many designs offer customization options such as names, titles, colors, and more. If a listing includes personalization,
options will be available directly on the product page or in a comment box at checkout.
Check the description of each item for more specific details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Secure payment is accepted directly through the website at checkout.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. Shipping is available at checkout. Local pickup may also be available depending on your
selection. Shipping is based on item count and approximate but starts at $8.

How does local pickup work?

If you choose local pickup, pickup instructions will be provided once your order is
complete via confirmation email.

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of items, all sales are final. If there is an issue
with your order, you must contact Hayes Designs LLC within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may only be changed or canceled within a limited timeframe after purchase.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Do colors and designs print exactly like the mockup?

Mockups are digital representations. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings,
garment brand, and printing method. Sublimation mockups are extremely hard to determine
due to the nature of sublimation printing.

What printing methods do you use?

We use sublimation and DTF printing depending on the design and garment selected.

Do you offer bulk, team, school, business, or fundraiser orders?

Yes. We offer apparel for schools, sports teams, businesses, fundraisers, events, and group
orders. Please contact us for more information.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
