Return Policy
All items are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our products, items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the error is ours. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work quickly to correct the issue with a replacement or refund when applicable.
Shipping
- Made just for you! Please allow up to 18 business days for production plus 2 business days for shipping. Color options may be limited based on supplier availability. If your selected color is unavailable, you will be contacted to choose an alternative.
- Ready-to-Ship/On-Hand items ship within 2 business days.
- Tracking information will be sent via email. Orders include up to $100 shipping insurance. Once an order has shipped, carrier handling is outside of our control.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
