Terms of service
Current turnaround time (TAT) is up to 14 business days from my bulk ordering date. Orders are placed every Sunday, and TAT begins from that order date — not the day your payment is sent or the order is claimed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. TAT may increase during holidays, large sales, fundraisers, or high-volume periods.
If you need an item by a specific date, please message me BEFORE ordering to confirm availability and the possibility of needing a rush fee.
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated under the RTS (Ready to Ship/Ready for Pickup) tab.
Because items are custom made specifically for you, colors, brands, and sizing may occasionally vary slightly depending on supplier availability.
Due to the custom nature of items, I do NOT accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. You have 24 hours after delivery or pickup to contact me regarding any issue with your order.
Hayes Designs LLC is not responsible for customer-submitted errors on orders.
Once packages are dropped off with the shipping carrier, Hayes Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. Tracking information will be provided when applicable.
Local pickup customers will be contacted when orders are ready. Please arrange pickup in a timely manner. You have 14 business days to pick up local orders before they are taken out of the pick-up tote for resale.
Custom orders are one of my favorite things to create! Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact copies of another creator’s work will be declined.
Mockup colors and print colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.
Payment must be made before orders are submitted unless otherwise discussed.
Hayes Designs LLC reserves the right to decline any order, custom request, or design at any time.
