Due to the custom nature of items, Hayes Designs LLC does NOT accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. You have 24 hours after delivery or pickup to contact regarding any issue with your order.

• Personalization/Spelling
• Shipping Address

Hayes Designs LLC is not responsible for customer-submitted errors on orders.

Once packages are dropped off with the shipping carrier, Hayes Designs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. Tracking information will be provided when applicable.
